Sony Interactive Entertainment is preparing to bring back its annual PlayStation Days of Play promotion later this month, and early details suggest this year’s event could include major discounts across PlayStation hardware, accessories, games, and subscription services.
While Sony has not fully announced the complete lineup yet, several discounts have already reportedly surfaced online ahead of the official reveal. The promotion is expected to include price cuts on DualSense controllers, PlayStation VR2, audio accessories, and selected first-party games.
According to the leaked details:
- The standard DualSense controller is expected to receive a €20 discount, starting at €54.99
- The DualSense Edge controller could drop by €30, lowering the price to €189.99
- PS VR2 may receive the biggest discount of the event, with a reported €100 price cut
- Ghost of Yōtei is also expected to be discounted from €79.99 to €54.99
- Pulse Elite headphones and Pulse Explore earbuds are reportedly getting €20 discounts as well
In addition to the hardware deals, PlayStation Plus subscribers may receive an extra 5% discount through PlayStation Direct purchases, which can reportedly stack with other Days of Play offers depending on the region.
PlayStation Days of Play has become one of PlayStation’s largest yearly sales events, typically featuring discounts on consoles, accessories, digital games, and subscription services. With recent PS Plus price increases affecting multiple regions, many players are especially watching to see whether subscription deals return this year as well.
