Call of Duty: Warzone is preparing to introduce another Resurgence map, and players have now received their first look at what Zodiac has to offer. The new map is part of the upcoming Modern Warfare 4 content and will be playable during the second weekend of the game’s beta.
The first glimpse of Zodiac was shared ahead of its playable debut, showing a map built around a combination of urban areas, open spaces, and vertical environments. Buildings provide plenty of opportunities for close-quarters combat and elevated positions, while different areas of the map offer cover for players moving between locations.
The map also appears to feature several elements that could make firefights more dynamic. Players can spot smoke rising from parts of the environment, while a bridge can be seen in the distance. The layout also appears to include areas where vertical movement and positioning could play an important role during Resurgence matches.
Zodiac will make its playable debut during Weekend 2 of the Modern Warfare 4 beta, giving players their first opportunity to experience the new Warzone map for themselves. The second beta weekend will also expand on the content available during the first test, bringing Warzone alongside additional Modern Warfare 4 multiplayer content.
The introduction of Zodiac gives Warzone players another Resurgence option while Activision continues to expand the game’s content alongside the upcoming Modern Warfare 4 release. More details about the map are expected to emerge once players get their hands on it during the beta.
