Rockstar Games is once again dealing with unwanted attention surrounding Grand Theft Auto VI, as multiple new gameplay clips have surfaced online just days before the game’s upcoming official presentation.
The latest wave includes a 2+ minute gameplay video showing Jason driving through Leonida at night, engaging in combat, using a Taser and stealing vehicles. The footage also appears to show different options for stealing a vehicle, including “Clone Key” and “Smash Window,” while fuel levels can once again be seen during gameplay.
Another video, running approximately 2 minutes and 25 seconds, provides an even broader look at GTA 6’s gameplay. The footage includes Jason riding through the city, swimming, fighting NPCs around a makeshift camp and accessing the game’s weapon wheel, where multiple melee weapons can be seen. The clip also features a wanted level and several different HUD elements.
The final portion of the second video moves away from gameplay and shows Jason and Cal together on a boat, giving players another brief glimpse at one of the game’s narrative scenes.
GTA 6 Leaker threatens more leaks
The footage has been attributed to a group calling itself CyberLeek, whose watermark and promotional material can be seen throughout the leaked videos. The group has also used the leaks to criticize Rockstar’s decision regarding physical copies of GTA 6, with one video displaying the message “NO PHYSICAL DISCS? THEN MORE LEAKS!”

Rockstar and Take-Two have reportedly issued copyright takedowns against some of the leaked footage, although neither company has officially commented on the latest leaks.
The timing is particularly notable, as Rockstar is scheduled to showcase Grand Theft Auto VI in its official Extended Look on August 27 through Netflix and YouTube.
Grand Theft Auto VI is currently scheduled to launch on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
