If you’re building around poison damage or stab-focused combat in Crimson Desert, the Queen’s Fangs is one of the most powerful Abyss gear options you can get.
This item enhances your stab attacks and adds poison effects, allowing you to deal consistent damage over time while staying aggressive.

The boss encounter features:

- Why Queen’s Fangs Is Worth It
This Abyss gear stands out because:
- Enhances stab-based attacks
- Applies poison damage over time
- Works extremely well in aggressive builds
It’s especially effective for players focusing on sustained damage rather than burst.
Queen’s Fangs is a strong and versatile Abyss item that fits perfectly into poison or melee-focused builds. While it requires some quest progression and a boss fight, the payoff is well worth it.
If you’re investing in stab attacks, this is one upgrade you shouldn’t miss.
