PlayStation isn’t slowing down support for Ghost of Yōtei. Since launch, the game has built a dedicated community thanks to its gorgeous atmosphere, exploration-driven design, and cinematic combat. Now players are getting exactly what they’ve been asking for: A full New Game+ mode and it’s arriving with more than just a simple replay option.
The update drops on November 24, and according to PlayStation’s official details, it’s shaping up to be a substantial content refresh. New Game+ lets players restart the story while keeping their abilities, but this fresh run-through will hit much harder thanks to brand-new difficulty options and added challenges. And that’s only the beginning.
PlayStation confirms that the update will include:
- Harder difficulty options
- 2 new Trophies
- New cosmetics
- Replayable content
- New accessibility options
- Expanded Photo Mode features
