Genshin Impact is getting limited-edition PS5 DualSense

Genshin Impact players on PS5 are about to get a new collector’s item for their setup. Sony has officially unveiled the DualSense Wireless Controller – Genshin Impact Limited Edition, a themed version of the PS5 controller designed around the Traveler twins and the world of Teyvat.

Unlike a basic color variant, this edition leans fully into Genshin’s identity. The white-gold-green palette, character-inspired emblems, and subtle rune-style patterns give it a look that stands apart from anything else in the DualSense lineup.

Price and Availability

According to the official PlayStation Blog:

• Price:
  $84.99 / €84.99 / £74.99 / ¥12,480
  (Higher than a standard DualSense due to its limited-edition design.)

• Pre-orders Open:
  December 11, 2025, through PlayStation Direct and select retailers.

• Launch Schedule:
  Asia (including Japan): January 21, 2026
  Global rollout (U.S., Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.): February 25, 2026

Sony says the controller will be produced in limited quantities, making it closer to a collector’s item than a standard accessory. Pricing sits above the usual DualSense cost expected for a themed edition but the studio is banking on the franchise’s massive and loyal fanbase to scoop these up fast.

For Genshin Impact players who spend hundreds of hours exploring Teyvat, grinding artifacts, and pulling for banners, this is easily the most “on-brand” PS5 accessory yet, and likely one of the most sought-after limited editions Sony has put out in years.
