12 games are leaving PS Plus Extra in July

PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers will soon have to say goodbye to another batch of titles. Sony has confirmed that 12 PS5 and PS4 games are set to leave the service in July, giving members a limited window to finish or start them before they’re removed from the Game Catalog.

The departing lineup features a mix of action, strategy, simulation, and indie titles, including well-known games like Risk of Rain 2, Tropico 6, and Cursed to Golf.

Games leaving PS Plus Extra in July

  • Bomber Crew (PS4)
  • Clash: Artifacts of Chaos (PS5, PS4)
  • Cursed to Golf (PS5, PS4)
  • Get Even (PS4)
  • Hundred Days: Winemaking Simulator (PS5, PS4)
  • Infinite Minigolf (PS4)
  • Onee Chanbara Origin (PS4)
  • Risk of Rain 2 (PS5, PS4)
  • Roki (PS5, PS4)
  • Source of Madness (PS5, PS4)
  • Space Crew: Legendary Edition (PS4)
  • Tropico 6 (PS5, PS4)

Among the biggest departures is Risk of Rain 2, the popular roguelike action game known for its fast-paced combat and cooperative gameplay. Strategy fans may also want to spend some time with Tropico 6, while players looking for something different can check out titles like Clash: Artifacts of Chaos and Hundred Days: Winemaking Simulator before they’re removed.

As with previous PlayStation Plus rotations, games leaving the Game Catalog will no longer be playable through the subscription once they are removed, unless they’ve been purchased separately.

If any of these titles have been sitting in your backlog, now may be the perfect time to give them a try before they disappear from PS Plus Extra.

Will I still be able to play them after they’re removed?

Only if you purchase the games separately. Once they leave the PS Plus Game Catalog, they will no longer be available through the subscription.

When are the games leaving?

The current lineup has been confirmed to leave in July, with removal taking place during the monthly Game Catalog refresh.
