LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight may already have its first post-launch expansion revealed through newly leaked information connected to the game’s files.
According to the reported leak, the upcoming DLC is expected to revolve heavily around Gotham’s villains and could introduce new playable characters, additional missions, and a separate chaos-focused gameplay mode.
The expansion is reportedly tied to something called the Mayhem Collection, which appears to place major focus on characters like Joker and Harley Quinn. Several other DC villains have also allegedly been discovered within the leaked content files.
Reportedly leaked characters include:
- Deadshot
- King Shark
- Captain Boomerang
- Peacemaker
- Clayface
- Scarecrow
Because of the lineup, many fans believe the DLC may take inspiration from Suicide Squad-related stories and themes, though nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
The leaked information also points toward a brand-new side mode centered around causing destruction and chaos throughout Gotham City, potentially offering a different style of gameplay compared to the main campaign.
Interestingly, parts of the DLC had seemingly already been hinted at through Deluxe Edition descriptions before the leak surfaced online, suggesting post-launch content plans were already in motion behind the scenes.
