Hidden across the massive world of Forza Horizon 6 are several special vehicles known as Treasure Cars.
Unlike Barn Finds, these cars don’t need restoration timers or lengthy unlock requirements. Once you discover them, they’re instantly added to your garage after a short collection sequence. Some are parked in obvious roadside spots, while others are buried deep in forests, mountain roads, snowy villages, or hidden coastal trails.
There are currently 9 Treasure Cars spread across the map, each tied to a different region of Japan.
Here’s where to find every single one.

How to find 1991 Nissan Figaro?

The Nissan Figaro is parked near the waterfront section of Tokyo City.
To find it:
- Head toward the industrial district
- Drive between the two large bridges connecting the harbor area
- Look along the roadside near the water

It’s one of the easiest Treasure Cars to grab early in the game.
How to find 2005 Ford GT?

The Ford GT is hidden near the southern coastline of Nangan.
To reach it:
- Follow the coastal road heading south
- Watch for a small dirt path splitting from the main route
- Continue toward the ocean side trail

The Ford GT is waiting near the end of the road.
A tiny hidden path leading to a screaming V8 supercar feels extremely Horizon-core.
How to find 1985 Mazda RX-7 GSL-SE?

The RX-7 is hidden near the communication towers in Ohtani.
Look for:
- Large antenna structures
- The silver tower base area
- A parked RX-7 beside the mast section

The surrounding terrain can make it surprisingly difficult to spot from a distance.
How to find 1987 Porsche 959?

This is one of the trickiest Treasure Cars in the game.
To find it:
- Drive into the mountain village area in Shimanoyama
- Search the eastern side of the settlement
- Look behind the “365 Store” building

The Porsche 959 is hidden behind the structure.
Because apparently someone parked one of the greatest rally-era supercars ever made behind a convenience store and just left it there forever.
How to find 1969 Dodge Charger R/T?

The Dodge Charger R/T is located near the golf course area in Minamino.
You’ll find it:
- Near the eastern side of the course
- Just off the roadside
- Close to the green pathways

Probably the least subtle hidden car in the entire game. Giant American muscle car energy cannot hide.
How to find 1985 Nissan Safari Turbo?

The Nissan Safari Turbo is found near the Wind Farm in Ito.
To locate it:
- Head into the wooded coastal area
- Follow the dirt paths near the turbines
- Search near the base of the windmills

Perfect vehicle for players who enjoy off-road builds.
How to find 1981 BMW M1?

The BMW M1 is hidden underneath a railway bridge in Hokubu.
To find it:
- Head north of the tunnel routes
- Locate the large rail bridge crossing the fields
- Search below the bridge supports

The car is parked beside the farmland area beneath the tracks.
How to find 1995 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III GSR?

The Evo III can be found near a waterfall route in Takashiro.
To get there:
- Follow the dirt roads beside the river
- Continue uphill toward the waterfall area
- Look near the end of the trail

One of the best locations visually, especially during snowy weather.
How to find 1974 Lancia Stratos HF Stradale?

The legendary Lancia Stratos is hidden deep in the snowy Sotoyama region.
You’ll find it:
- Near a side snow trail
- Before reaching a Speed Zone
- Outside a mountain cabin

Which honestly feels like the exact place a rally legend should be hiding.
Treasure Cars are useful beyond simply collecting them. Those cars also give bonus XP.
By spending:
- 1 Skill Point on each vehicle
you can gain:
- 10,000 XP instantly per car
making them surprisingly useful for progression and leveling.
Treasure Cars are easily one of the most fun exploration systems in Forza Horizon 6. They encourage players to actually explore hidden roads, villages, coastlines, forests, and mountain paths instead of endlessly fast traveling between races.
And honestly, discovering forgotten supercars in random corners of Japan somehow captures the weird magic of Horizon perfectly. Which Treasure Car did you find first?
