Unlock Grimner’s Cuckoo Shop
Before anything else, you need access to crafting.
To do this:
- Progress to around Chapter 4
- Complete the quest to repair the kiln
- Unlock Grimner’s Cuckoo Shop
This vendor allows you to craft advanced gear, including the Watcher Pack.
Get the required blueprints
You’ll need two key blueprints before crafting:
- Cuckoo Watcher Pack Blueprint
- Obtained from the Witch of Kindness questline
- Found in the snowy region of Paloon
- Complete the Sanctum of Atonement
- Cleanse the area and activate the generator
- Cuckoo Pack Blueprint
- Obtained from an earlier Witch questline
- Complete the Sanctum of Penitence
- Cleanse the sanctum to unlock it
- Get the Peddler’s Pack
One of the easiest materials to obtain:
- Head south of Hernand Highlands
- Find a small village near a tannery
- Buy or collect Peddler’s Packs from the area

Return to Grimner
Craft an extra Cuckoo Pot if needed
Then craft the Cuckoo Pack
This tool is essential for collecting certain materials like flying insects.
Farm required materials
To craft the Watcher Pack, you’ll need several components:
- Electrical Components
- Farm from large robots in Delissia
- Best location: near Man’s Laboratorium Gate
- Defeat robots and collect their cores
- Clockwork Insects
- Found in Delissia regions
- Use the Cuckoo Pack to capture them
- More common earlier in the game
- Small Batteries
- Farm in Gothrak battlefield areas
- Defeat enemy waves and loot drops
- Alternatively, send units on missions for passive farming
- Abyss Cell 0
- Found near Fort Perwin / Scholar’s Stone area
- Break special walls using Focused Force Palm
- Capture the cell using your tools
- Craft the Cuckoo Watcher Pack
Once all materials are ready:
- Return to Grimner’s workshop
- Craft the Cuckoo Watcher Pack
