If you’re looking for a powerful early weapon in Crimson Desert, the Delesyian Longsword, also known as the Lifesteal Sword is one of the best options thanks to its health siphon effect.
This guide will show you exactly where to find it and how to unlock the hidden path.
Where to find Delesyian Longsword?
The Delesyian Longsword is located in the Sanctum of Veneration, a hidden area in Mount Benus.
To reach the location:
- Travel to the Mount Benus region
- Look for the Sanctum of Veneration
- The entrance is positioned roughly between the “U” and “S” on the map text
- Enter the area and prepare to explore deeper inside

How to get the Lifesteal Sword
Once inside the Sanctum:
- Progress through the area by moving upward and around the structure
- Make your way toward a large doorway
- Do not enter the doorway

Instead:
- Look slightly ahead and to the side for a wall section that looks different (a false wall)
- Jump onto the wall
- Use Resist, then perform a punch attack to break through
- This will open a hidden path inside
Inside the secret area:
- You’ll find a chest
- Open it to obtain the Delesyian Longsword (Lifesteal Sword)

The Delesyian Longsword stands out because of its:
- Lifesteal effect (health siphon)
- Strong early-game damage
- Sustain in longer fights without relying heavily on healing items
The Delesyian Longsword is a perfect example of how Crimson Desert rewards exploration and attention to detail. Missing the hidden wall means missing one of the most useful early weapons in the game. This makes it especially useful for players who prefer aggressive combat with self-healing mechanics.
